Restaurant operators, executives, directors, managers, trainers and team members who use Huddle. Each person sees the lessons and assignments that match their role.
A Champion is a designated restaurant leader who can configure, operate, troubleshoot and support Huddle in their organization. The Co-Champion is a supporting credential for the person who helps with adoption, training and continuity.
No. The Academy separates exposure (you've seen it), knowledge (you can show you understand it) and competence (a leader has seen you do it). Videos only ever create exposure.
On the server, never in your browser. Quizzes have a passing score and a limited number of attempts. Written responses are reviewed by a person rather than scored automatically.
Your organization's Academy administrator invites you. Sign-in options (including single sign-on with Huddle) are still being finalized.
Not yet. This is a prototype build with sample content that is awaiting review by Huddle. Courses, quiz questions and certification requirements shown here are examples.
Commercial terms haven't been decided, and this build includes no pricing or incentives.
